PY2025 CHARTConnect Due February 18

For PY2025, each project monitored by Affordable Housing Connections (AHC) has annual reporting requirements with a submission due date of Wednesday, February 18, 2026, by the end of the business day. Reports not submitted by this date and/or that are incomplete may be considered noncompliant. If you are unable to submit a complete report(s) by this date, contact your portfolio lead.

AHC has uploaded everything you need for PY2025 reporting into your secure Egnyte folders, including:

• The CHARTConnect template for PY2025
• An updated User Guide
• Instructions for uploading your reporting documents
• Final PY2024 CHARTConnect files for each project

Download the final PY2024 CHARTConnectfor each project and keep them for your records.  A PY2024 final CHARTConnect might help you fill out the PY2025 template, but doing so is optional. The User Guide explains how to use last year’s CHARTConnect to help with this year’s report.

The User Guide also explains how to access the NEW online, on-demand CHARTConnect course.

After you complete the course, AHC will offer regular online Q&A sessions, where you can ask questions about the PY2025 CHARTConnect or reporting requirements. You can also connect with other compliance specialists during these sessions. Register for the Q&A sessions here.
