AHC ELC Registration Policy
Virtual Events
Advance registration closes 24 hours before the training. Registration is for individual registrants only, not multiple users. Access information to a training is prohibited from being shared.
In-Person Events
Advance registration closes five business days in advance. You may inquire about late registration by writing ahc@ahcinc.net. While some registrations may be possible after registration closes, space is not guaranteed. If an event reaches maximum capacity, registration will be closed early and noted in the event listing on our website. There are no waitlists for events.
Payment
Our registration form accepts credit/debit cards and allows for check payments. If you need to pay with a check, please select the โpay by checkโ option and send a check, payable to AHC ELC, within a week. If payment has not been received by the event date, AHC ELC reserves the right to withhold admission.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made in writing to info@ahcinc.net and received at least one week before the training. A $40 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
Substitutions
You may send someone in your place if you cannot attend. Please email ahc@ahcinc.net, including the name of the original attendee in the email as well as the name and email address of the substitute attendee.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
AHC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances that would make it unfeasible. Registrants will be offered a full refund.
Events may also be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified via email of the postponement. Registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date, and refunds will be granted if requested within one week of the postponement notification.
Photos and Recordings Notice
By registering for an event, you agree to be photographed or otherwise recorded for AHC's promotional purposes.
