AHC Annual Conference

Who Should Attend

This session is intended for project owners, compliance managers, senior-level site and property staff with extensive experience working with the Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HOME, and/or other affordable housing rental programs. Topics include new housing policies, changes made to the 2023 Minnesota Housing and Suballocator LIHTC Compliance Manuals and forms, including updates to the Consolidated Housing Annual Reporting Tool (CHART).

Attendees will learn how to apply revisions to Compliance Manuals and how to comply with revised compliance reporting requirements. Attendees will be informed on industry trends, national/state policy and legislative issues, and Fair Housing issues in affordable housing projects that impact Minnesota.

Owners are required to send at least one authorized representative each year to the annual conference to keep up with regulatory and procedural changes, unless granted a written exemption by a Suballocator.
